It's been 17 days since i've been living alone here in KL. Life's going pretty fine, adapting well to life here. College is awesome, and I love the people here! Reminds me so much of Convent but high school was still wayyyyy better! Loads of freedom here, but i've to learn to multi-task; coordinate. Laundry days, spending really wisely, timing cookings perfectly :)

Been cooking and experimenting a lot, dishes i've whipped up include grilled chicken, pasta, fried vegetables, mashed potato, salads, brownies, well; nothing fancy :P But yes, behind the glam there have been mishaps, scalded my finger with a potato the other day, and just this morning, cleaned the drawer of dark soy sauce that spilled. BIG HUGE MESS. {eww}

This is it. First post of 2012. New life, in a new ( well, not exactly ) strange place. It's been a huge dream, a whirlwind, a headache. Currently blogging from Kuala Lumpur, KL, capital of Malaysia. Where i'll be living on my own for the next 1.5 years. Where i'll be leaving the spoon-fed life back at home. 17 years there, and I'm gonna miss so many things. My family, friends, Russell, school-life, well; everything.

So anyway, I've been offered a place at Methodist College with a full scholarship, not TOO many people know where this is. So I shall give some intro; It's right next to the Tun Sambanthan monorail station, next as in 20 steps away. 10 minutes from KL Sentral, and it's at/near the Brickfields area. Doing A Levels Arts there, which will take 1.5 years. The rest will be blogged about once I start studying there:P Orientation is on Tuesday! :/ Anyway, first impression was good, not very big, 4 levels up but airy, cosy and the people there are friendly. Library looked good from the outside, and classrooms are fully air conditioned (pheww!)

Less than 2 weeks since trials ended, and my Formative test 2 is on Monday. Seriously, what's up with all these exams? Pretty satisfied with my Trials results, other than my Malay paper which I did not read the essay question correctly, and my Science paper which I couldn't measure properly. I seriously need new glasses or a magnifying glass-.- Taylor's trip last Saturday with Chienyin, Youjin, Yuefang and a couple others. The Lakeside Campus is seriously awesome shitzz, just a pity that it was raining and we couldn't take pictures :(

My Scrabble Journey

It all started with a casual "Do you wanna go for a Scrabble competition?" "Yeah ok".

That was in March 2010. I participated in my first ever Scrabble competition with no prior training nor any idea how to play strategically. I hadn't the slightest idea what a bingo was, much more play it. And the other two letter-words, other than the ones we usually use were QI, ZA, ZO, XI and XU. Honestly I fared worst then than my youngest brother in the Johor CIMB Competition this year. He played BOWINGS. He's 10. Okay back to me, I stumbled and bumped my place through the competition, meeting many scrabblers who would become my good friends now.

I remember asking Martin before Game 7, the last game, "What can I do to not qualify for nationals?" "Well, even if you lose, you'll be in 9th place or so." ( The Top 10 qualifies) :O i remember my horror, I hadn't signed up for this! I thought to myself, since I have already qualified, might as well finish it beautifully. It did end beautifully. I got 2nd. :)

Then it was the CIMB Junior Nationals in KL. Armed with a few games i played online, I made my way there, and "crashed out during the national competition", as Martin kindly reminded me of it in his newspaper article early this year. Oh well, I did fare VERY VERY VERY horribly, and I beg you not to start scrolling through the archives just to see how bad it was.

Causeway Scrabble Open 2010

Me joining that was pure coincidence, I was the extra because they were 1 player short

. I went there to annotate but ended up playing instead, but I do not regret it at all. I remember my first game there, i was so nervous and had absolutely no preparations at all. I didn't even know my two letter words, and I spent the 5 days puking. ( I puke in almost every single competition, I have no idea why ) Spent my 5 days playing at the back rows with the other Johoreans, plus Africans. I was practically living in the Zon Hotel, and Starbucks :P Got to know Arvinran, Yi Hua, Irwin, Justin and a few others for the first time there. CSC 2010, i think this was the stepping stone that made me continue playing.

CIMB Malacca 2011

1st year anniversary playing, and I again stumbled to my possibly one and only Scrabble title. Pretty proud of that though:P Fairy tile-godmother was pretty much helping me that day. She never came by again in my next two tournaments though. Good things don't last, do they?

And we'll skip CIMB Johor---

CIMB Nationals!

Awesomest fun there. Met up with the so many Scrabble friends I made in the past year, and reunited with the Whiskey Dragons*. Didn't fare that awesomely, did the worst among the state champions but I really don't care that much. Had a sweet victory over a foe though XD Hanged out for a few hours at Sunway Pyramid after that but I really do appreciate it a lot. Joking and goofing around with you guys is just :) Ice-cream and fries, yucks. But I enjoyed the last junior circuit of my life, no doubt about that.

I sincerely adore the friends I have from Scrabble, we were just random people, all with different stories but united with a simple board game. I met sweet people, sarcastic people, annoying people, weird people, helpful people, lame people and so many others. But we are all the same, we are all Scrabble players. Thank you for all the smiles you brought to me, I am grateful for that. And I really hope to see all of you soon!

1 year, 7 months. Pang Xynna is now 25th in the national U-18 ratings.

My journey in the junior circuit has ended here. But in the game, I don't know. One thing for sure, this game changed my life.

28th of July, July is ending so soon ain't it? Trials soon, and it's really about time to start mugging now. So much has been happening, and i suddenly had this urge to blog.

Life, such a boring subject to talk about, but here we all are, living it. Well, I've decided what I wanna do with mine, I am gonna study here, or anywhere idc, and get out of this country. Oh well that's so unpatriotic but well, you and I know how its like here.

And then sometimes I wonder, why am I working so hard for? The 70 or 80 years we have isn't exactly that much. Why are we letting money revolve around us? But again, that's life.

A distant friend, and a friend's mum was recently diagnosed with cancer. Kobe unfortunately died. Life, and death. I've grown to accept that it's part of living. I am not afraid of dying anymore. And i wonder again, what will happen if i am unfortunately dead?

I had a bad dream last night. I dreamt that there were intruders at home. And I was at home, downstairs, with Rick. The sudden jolt of memory of what happened last year made me wake up sweating. The robbery last year made me realise, to live life to the fullest, to do what I want, to buy what I want. At least its better than to involuntarily donated to the good-for-nothings. And there isn't any sense saving up so much to bring to your grave.

Therefore, I will not let people daunt me. Say what you want, i am adamant in what I wanna do. Hate me, I will say whatever I think. Because there is always a possibility that I haven't any chance to do so again. I will get what I want.

LAST! My lifetime dreams! I wanna visit Orlando, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, visit Hawaii, and buy a Red Ferrari. I hope it happens very very very soon :) peace, stop killing each other \m/

Scroll back scroll back>> Exactly 1 month since I last blogged. Haven't have had much time to blog or update, but a lot's been happening for the past 30 days. And damn, means i am now 1 month closer to SPM, and 1 month closer to finishing high school. ( no complains there )

I did not get selected for National Service, I wouldn't have minded it, but would have messed up my plans a little. So, yay about that!

Larian 1 Malaysia : I think I got 15th among the Form 5's. Not bad considered I haven't exercised for so long since I quitted Taekwondo :P

Harry Potter 2 is out : WELL, Disappointing maximus -.- i'd avada kedavra the director, srsly.

Sports Day! St. Teresa's got 3rd this year, well not last at least. Was photographer this year, was great fun but very tough.

Liverpool VS M'sia : They came and they went, and I could only watch on TV :( Liverpool obviously won, by 6-3. { MY BIRTHDAY!! } Oh well T.T

On sick leave today, didn't go to school. Vomited the whole day yesterday but thank god I'm fine today. Still having headache but tons of maths and addmaths to do. Sigh. Parents Day is this Friday and I hope everything will go well. On another tone:

Sometimes I wonder, is it really worth it to care so much, and treat them as your friend when they don't even treat you as one?

Is it worth it to do so much and not feel in the least appreciated?

Why is the world full of so many ungrateful, greedy, selfish and those who only care for themselves? I've finally seen true colors, Xynna, you will not trust so easily anymore.

Annyeong! Results are back, not the definite ones, but grades are more or less the same. I got a B that ruined my report card again, History this time. That was such a disappointment, considering that was what I studied the most. Dang. I should be less careless next time. 8/4 and i get 1/2? I am seriously getting smarter. Last St.Teresa sports practice today, I still remember my first. The seniors looked scary and wow looking back, i've about 5 months of high school left.

Last time blogging this week cause I'm flying for KL tomorrow and Langkawi on Saturday! Its one last day being sixteen cause I turn 17 tomorrow! Wow, time really is flying too fast! Scrabble Nationals!

Nationals ended on Sunday, been counting down to it and its so sad now that it's over. I might never see my Scrabble friends again, probably gonna quit/retire now that I'm overage for junior circuits. Wish someone introduced me to this game earlier though, maybe I wouldn't be this suckish if they did. I finished in 20th place, ( all the other state champions were in the top 10 ) so technically speaking, i did horribly in the comp. Heh, better than last year though. Met friends and had a great time. Revenged and teehee, proud of that. I am gonna miss you all! Thanks for making me life more awesome, and I love the fact that I have friends like you all.

HI YES I AM BACK. Mid years are finally over and its now the hectic days to solve everything before the holidays this SAt (Y) Midyears went ok i think. Worried bout my History and Addmaths results though, as usual. But heck cares, we'll worry about that after the holidays :D Setting of for KL tomorrow night after tuiton for Nationals. Then the next weekend would be holiday in Langkawi! Not prepared at all for Nationals, but well, just gonna enjoy and see how it turns out! Looking forward to meeting Scrabble friends from all over Malaysia again though. Last day of school tomorrow. 2011 is flying past way to fast. So many things to catch up on. 5.55 AM in the morning, 'fireflies' rang to wake me up, and wham- I saw the message. Write a commentary about your win in Malacca. I gaped. 4days into the task, I'm only at 10% progress now coz I have absolutely no idea how to write one. Story, yes. Factual, yes. Commentary? :O Someone help me!

And I sprained my ankle last Wednesday. AGAIN. My right ankle this time. Wasn't paying attention to walking ( I was walking at 500m/h speed ) and I missed a step and boom, I went down with my ankle going kraaaaak. It hurt so much and swelled up pretty much later too. Better now cause at least I'm not limping and ugly Malaysians don't stare at my foot now when I go out. Seriously, why are Malaysians sucha disrespectful load of people?

Back after two weeks of MIA. Not much has happened the last 14 days, went for Drama Club trip to Anglo-Chinese Junior College in Singapore. Went for their staging of Alice in Wonderland by the ACSian theatre. Pretty good show, but I personally did not get it cause I did not read the book beforehand ;/ Their standard is soooo high I doubt our drama club would ever achieve that. So yeah. Had a meet-and-greet session after the show, the actor & actresses were real friendly! Feeling pretty vexed to blog now so Pictures Pictures!

HELLO READERS. Welcome to the blog of a very happy author. Reason being I’m a so-called champion now, and made my way into history books! First girl ever to win a state circuit in M’sia. HAHA totally oh my goodness cause it was really unexpected, went there only trying to qualify for nationals in May to reunite with awesome friends, as I told everyone. Got first in the CIMB Malacca Junior Circuit competition,:D Click exit if you find me unbearable/too braggy now. This after all is a once in a life time achievement. My first and only, maybe?

Started the day with a bang, woke up at 5.40 AM when I was supposed to leave home already. Was panicking and kept yelling for Regina to hurry up. Groggy her was taking her own sweet time. Rushed out of home at 5.50 and dropped by at McD’s to take away some breakfast. Feeling nauseous already and spent approx 1 hour munching my Egg McMuffin. Teacher drove us there so fast, 150KM/h which scared my parents after I told them that when we came back :P got stopped by some police officers otw, and everyone was like shit, kena saman. Turns out, it was only some check for driving license and the road tax. Shocked everyone and certainly woke us all up from our sleepy dreams.

Reached Kolej Yayasan Saad right on time, huge isolated scary place to be in. Saw Sharshindra & Ben who weren’t supposed to be there-( but I expected them to be ). And now, game-to-game detail cause for the first time, I’m proud of it. :P

1^stGAME, Anthony Ben

Played him at ASTAR, but I do not remember at all. Pairings came out and his friends were like “PANG XYNNA, trash her!” I was like grrrrr deep inside. ‘AMENDERS’, 64 PTS in my first turn XD 1Win, +33

2^nd GAME, M.Rais

Turns out that was his first ever competition, :l bullied him a lil but I didn’t phony any bingoes. ‘IONISER’, ‘NEEDLES’, ‘ENTRAIL’. Got lucky on that. 2 Wins, + 299

3^rd GAME, Harivin

Challenged off his first two words, got both the blanks and put them to good use. ‘UNDATED’, and the high word, ‘FIZZLES’ on the triple word. 110 pts. Broke my personal record, I don’t remember ever using a ‘Z’ to make a bingo & scoring above 100 pts in a turn. Sua ku, I know :P 3 Wins, +491

4^th GAME, Ignatius Wong

AHAHAHA epic, we were both so terrified of each other. Ok, at least I think we were. Heard stories that he’s good and therefore the lack of confidence. I had ‘SELLING’ and he had ‘READERS’ against me. Managed to hold on to my lead and beat him by a teeny bit, 4 Wins, + 549

5^th GAME, Johnston Tan

AHHH another OMG game. I got trashed, lost by quite a lot L So we’ll skip this cause I didn’t have any bingoes in this game. Plain unlucky ._. 4 Wins, +357

6^th GAME, Shaysagiri

Challenged off 6 of his turns, feel so bad now. Got lucky on ‘RESINED’ which I didn’t even know I knew. And then 2^nd Bingo on ‘DARIOLE’. I remember him saying ‘ no one has ever beaten me by so much before’ Aiks sorry dude I am really sorry! 5 Wins, +640

7^th GAME, Benjamin Choo

AHH DO OR DIE, I was thinking. If I won, I would get 2^nd, 1^st was a slight chance. If I lost, 4^th maybe? Had ‘GROUSES’ for 65 and then I was leading. Was hoping so badly the tiles would finish soon. And then I put ‘ADDINGS’ which actually didn’t exist ( I found out about it after that ) in which Ben hooked his ZEDS for 72 points. OUCH, my bingo for nothing man! In the end, managed to prevail with a 20 point margin. Johnston on the other hand, idk what happened lost to Melvin at Table 1. We were all tied with 6 wins, and hahahahah wth, I won because I had a higher spread. 6 Wins, +660. Ended on a high note

Couple of people I would like to thank! First, ARVIN for asking me to read my 3 letter words and me bugging him to train me all the time. XD Then, Martin who was TD & believed I could do it though I kept saying I can’t. Then REGINA & SARA for accompanying me to Malacca, was kinda fun minus the fact that we couldn’t go to Jonker. Lastly! My mei mei Yi Hua HUA! Proud of her, she got 6^th in the Penang Circuit the previous week. So looking forward to the reunition in MAY! Gotta seriously abstain from the game now and concentrate on my studies. Mid years in only like a month away and I’ve so much to study. :l Peace out to those who I recently made friends with at M’ca. I’ll see you all again soon, I guess!

Hey all! >:l for title cause I ain't feeling that patient as I usually am. Gahhh thanks to those who listened to my endless lamenting. I should probably just stop complaining right.

REWIND--<< 6th Day back from Japan, so busy with everything I haven't had time to even upload the pictures from Tokyo.. Yeah, I still went to Japan following the twin disasters, and even felt a mini earthquake, which I think some people said, disgusting? Wtv I don't give a damn. Japan's a pretty nice place to live in, with their four seasons and all. And then there's the Fukushima radiation thing, I think CNN & the news especially are being too paranoid and giving the wrong info. The radiation wasn't even anywhere near Tokyo when I was there. And so yeah, I didn't get mutated.

MSSD Duty starting next week, and another week of hectic schedule & skipping class. Not that I can run fast enough to compete, I can't run to even earn dinner. Duty- Walking around looking for hamsap athletes.

Stresssss stress SPM is getting closer and closer, I wanna get my 10A's. It'd be more than enough for me. SPM results announced yesterdy, cousin Carinn got 9A's! Proud of her :)

\\\I'm weird. I admit I'm weird. But instead of weird, I'll use the word UNIQUE. I think from different perspectives compared to my peers, ( or at least I think I do ), I have different interests, and I get happy over different things. I like things to go the right way, like they should. I believe that things should be corrected by the people who wrongdid them, and I totally hate hypocrites. I'm frank, I speak what I think, like it or hate it. I'm frikking impatient, and I CANNOT stand lateness. I do not understand why people just can't do stuff like they should. WHY? I prefer best friends to boyfriends, and I still searching for a real best friend. Honestly, I wouldn't mind graduating from high school now cause I wanna go to college, I wanna study what I like. Not History or Moral -.- SIGH, What is me?

On a another tone, I took part in this World Spelling Day competition online, and guess what, I got 34th in the world, 8th in M'sia :D I'm pretty proud of that fact :') Japan in twooo days time and I virtually haven't packed at all, except dump a few stuffs into my luggage. Shall go packpack tonight after tuition. I think I can finish in time for KL tmr? :S

Oh well HI. I'm pretty curious, people still read my blog nowadays? I hardly ever update. So what's up? 4 days of school left before the holidays, 2011 is flying through so quick, it's gonna be SPM soon, as the younger ones always remind me. Oh hello, of course I know I've gotta study =.= Flying off to NIPPON this weekend, pretty looking forward to it :D Barely 4 months back from China and now flying away again. Thank You DADDY & MUMMY! HEHE.

Russell boy ain't going to a boarding hotel this time to get infected by diseases, he's going to my grandmama's house. Haven't really been taking pictures of him, kinda busy, but he sometimes really do remind me of Kobe :)

Since I'm free, a more detailed Chinese New Year post! Sucked this year that we only had 4 days of Chinese New Year before school started. Had to cramp all the visiting and taking angpau days into 4 short days. So New Year's eve, went back to hometown at Layang-Layang. In case you don't know where it is, it's some ulu place near segamat. No pictures from there, cause there's nothing much to take about. And no suitable people to take with. Reunion dinner was horrible, the amount they serve was so little, we almost had to go to the mamak stall down the road.

2nd day! Went visiting granduncles and grandaunts down at Century Garden. Lunch at grandaunt's was awesome. Mutton and otak-otak was fantastic. Then to granduncle's house where we found Russell! Russell is my new dog, also white in colour and quite smart. Decided to adopt him (Y) Cousins and relatives came over at night. Finally free to update my dying blog again after so long! Exam ended today, and i think only add maths caused some problems. Pretty disappointed with my mistake in Accs though, couldn't press a calculator properly. Seriously i couldn't get any stupider-.- Chinese New Year came and went, nothing really that special this year. And then ASTAR, fun to meet old and new friends, i.e Yi Hua sis, Arvin, EC dudes, Julius... Didn't do that well there, not as expected of myself, no thanks to bad luck on the 2nd day. What to do? Well, enjoy your moment of freedomness cause it's gonna be study study study after this! :)

Setelah sekian lama saya tidak meng-updatekan blog saya, I am back to post. A post about my dog, Kobe. This post is for him, the special one in my heart. It all started when we went to Beijing, he was sent to a boarding, was pretty heartbroken to send him then. But who knows what happened there would change his, and our lives forever. We suspected that he contracted tick flu from there, a condition where the ticks in his blood would eat his red blood cells, causing him to be anaemic. We brought him back from there, with him losing his appetite. He got better, to be bitten by bugs causing his legs to swell and get infected. He got better again, but this time it was the ticks. Kobe fell really ill, and at long last after much suffering, we put him to sleep. That was 14 Jan 2011. I'll forever remember that day.

So much to say to Kobe. I'm sorry I wasn't there to say goodbye to you, hug you one last time. Sorry I wasn't there during your last moments, where you took your last breath. I am glad for you, glad that you're not suffering now. I'll forever remember the times I sat there, just patting you, talking to you and sliding my fingers through your soft fur. I won't cry anymore, cause I know you're enjoying life in heaven right now. I just wish you all the best, and thanks for being our dog. Though it was just 10 short months, you were a great companion and an awesome pet. I Love You. Kobe forever.

Entering 2nd week of school, and i'm still getting used to Form5 life. I don't remember having to struggle with this ever, i wonder what's up with me this year. Browsed through old albums yesterday. Found many pictures. Made me smile, thinking of all that happened when the pictures were taken. I really miss childhood. I remember wanting to grow up when I was little. But all i want now is to go back to childhood life again. Free of problems~

Ah 3rd January. Just came back from school. Officially a fifth-former now. Still not used to the fact that I'm now a senior in school. Much less the fact that I'm gonna turn 17 in exactly 5 months :O SPM year, yeah I've to constantly remind myself of that. No more slacking grr. 6 weeks of holidays was certainlyabsolutelydefinitely NOT ENOUGH. Went up to 5PA1, same class, same classmates. First day of school, and I've a Malay Essay to write already. I can't even speak proper malay now much less write. Deadline's on Wed, OMG. And accounts teacher started syllabus already. I'm not even in study mode. Still blur and blank to whatsoever teachers are saying. I've no complaints about the teacher i got this year too, too awesome to have anything to say about. Shall blog lesser now. STUDY.

25 December, spent Christmas with my family. Famous Skudai duck rice for lunch with cousins Carinn&Shalinn and aunt who came back from US. Then went Skudai Parade, damn unchio place to watch Tron. Kinda didn't understand it? Its so not my type of movie. Dinner later at 3rd Aunt's house. 3rd Aunt roasted turkey & baked a super-yum cheescake, and youngest aunt made fish pie & salad. Bloated at the end of the dinner. So not in the mood to blog now. GAHH.

Happy Belated Boxing Day everyone!;D

Spent Christmas Eve with my ex-ex-school buddies from SK Perling. Been such a long time since I saw them man. Most were unrecognisable, but thanks to Facebook, i knew most of them. Chatted pretty much, talked bout our childhood memories in school. EX; Derek being stung by bees cause they threw stones at the hive, ;being jabbed in school, ;who constantly getting first in class. HAHAHA 16 people came, but only 4 girls :( Watched Gulliver's Travels, quite nice for me. Laughed like mad. Jack Black's a pretty good actor.

I was from SK Taman Perling, studied there from Standard One to 3. Those were the best times of my life. We were all young, and I've quite a handful of memories from there. Post number 233. Today's Dec 23, another day to the anniversary of my PMR results. Today's when my cousin and bro got their results too. Seeing them getting their straight A's reminded me of my nightmare last year. A 'B' for BM. Honestly, i did not expect that. It was a horrible sinking disappointed feeling looking at the result slip. And then I appealed for a re-mark of my paper. Got an A, after about 5 long months. Well, of course i was happy to get the A. But I spent a few long months in misery. School magazine this year, my name wasn't included in the list of straight A scorer. Honestly it means a lot to me, and it felt unappreciated not being on there. Therefore I have made a resolution for myself. For the new year. I AM GOING TO APPEAR ON THAT LIST IN SPM. Not bragging or being kiasu here, but that's how i'm gonna be. I'm gonna study real hard, and then prove those who looked down on me wrong. I VOW.

Went to The Ming Tombs, The Great Wall of China, and then the Da Dong restaurant for Peking Duck. Kinda unbelievable to see the Great Wall in person. Been seeing it on TV, and heard about its marvels. Well, looking at it, walking and feeling it, the wall feels kinda fake and glossy. It was steep at some places, kinda scary to climb on. Nevertheless, i survived. HAHAHA. The Chinese are (sorry to say) disgusting and uncouth. They spit on such a historical ancient building. Gosh i even saw one blowing his nose, with snot flying everywhere. I gape at them most of the time. OMG its gross ttm.

The Ming Tombs on the other hand was quite boring. Just looking at the stuff the kings used last time. Plus it was freezing cold there, walking around was a torture. Well, what would you expect from a museum?

GoodMorning everyoneee.! Its 9.28AM now and thus I shall start blogging about Beijing. Timing myself for it. Don't get too bored reading it but DAY1 was an exciting experience. :')

DAYONE.

Departed from home bright and early, at 5 to catch a 10AM flight at Changi. Sent Kobe to the pet hotel a day earlier :'(. Locked up, and began the arduous journey to Beijing. Reached Changi at 8 without any major congestion, and hung around waiting to board. A magic man came and showed us magic tricks, he said he revealed 95% of his trick, but us idiots still couldn't figure it out :/ He even gave a $5 book voucher in which I used to buy a storybook, which I haven't read till now.

Landed in Hong Kong International at 1plus ( i forgot the time ) to find out that we were misconnected from our connecting flight. Felt like The Amazing Race. Forced to take the next flight, and compensated with HK$40 each. Used it to buy Starbucks (muahaha) and used the remaining time to FaceBook while we still could. 5PM, flew to China. Landed at 8. Checked in at Holiday Inn Temple of Heaven.

Its 10.05AM now, and yay i'm done! :))))

Hai people I'm back! Did you miss me? :P Been pretty busy the past two days. I shan't blog bout Beijing first cause it takes so long. 7 days of stuff to blog about. :/ What's been happening here? Hmm went for drama practice yesterday, not sucha good start, but we had some improvements from 0. I would say, 5% now? Then Narnia with Eunicee & others yesterday at CS. Wanted to watch The Social Network, but bought Narnia ones cause it was PG-18. Turned out, Narnia was on 5th floor and SN was on 7th. Forced to watch Narnia. Yikies.

Picked Kobe up from the pet hotel, and he's sick, plus very skinny now:( doesn't wanna eat and has been vomiting & having diarrhoea. Kobe i hope you get well soon T.T

Guess what. I'll be on the plane 24 hours from now. Hooyeah. Sent Kobe to the pet hotel this morning already. I was kinda sad, wanted to cry :( Hope he won't be too lonely. Weather forecast says it'll snow next Monday/Tuesday. Omg. I've never seen real snow falling before, only hailstones. So kinda excited. I'll be back blogging/tweeting soon. HAI I AM BACK BLOGGING. FINALLY. Lost touch with the social world so much and so engrossed in scrabbling that i even forgot how my blog looks like. :S Well yeah so what was i doing. Um i JOINED causeway scrabble comp. I was supposed to annotate, and then went on to be a replacement for an old lady. I feel so awesome, no practice at all, and I didn't get last :D MUAHAHA. The last 5 days was exhausting, tiring, nerve-wrecking, exciting(?). Well yeah. I practically lived in The Zon Hotel for the past week. 8AM-7PM everyday.

These two days for me to pack my bag for Beijing, and recharge. Doubt i'll get enough rest before flying though. I've been like a zombieeee. Waking up in the middle of the night thinking of words, dreaming of bingo's. WTH IKR. Well yeah in the end won 16/45. I'm quite satisfied with it, although i played the same people over and over again.

I got myself (unwillingly) african stalkers. OMG They couldn't stop poking me, touching me. WTF LA. I'm so glad that i am at least 30 Kilometres away from them now. My fav bingo's, BOUNCER, FRIENDS & DURIANS. Most didn't have space for me to put though. That's the saddest thing. I get so dejected after that. Well i'm just so glad its all over now.

China! Land of what you call it? Ok anyways, I can start the countdown for my holiday there already i guess. Beijing, in another 8 days? I'm pretty much excited, I can't wait to get out of ultra-dull JB. Highlights of this trip, I'm going skiing! Nyeh my first time, and i have no expectations on myself not falling at all. Hopefully the ski resort we're planning to go will be open. It'd be freezing though :'( Idk how I'm gonna survive Beijing. Its -8 degrees to 3 degs. And ohyeah I'm gonna visit the Beijing Zoo to see pandas! I find time super cute, and i hope i can get a cute plushie there :) Mum says the zoo animals are pretty much constrained to small spaces though ( poor them ) but yeah, only wanna see pandas. Well, and then we're going to the Great Wall, Water Cube & Bird's nest ( the Olympics one ) and many many shopping streets. Stuff there are super cheap, some counterfeit of course, but its winter now, and idk if there are stuff to buy. I'mma start packing already. I love packing and hate unpacking. It usually takes days for me to unpack. I procrastinate too much. Ohyes. China banned Facebook and Twitter. Sho sad T.T I'll be like cut off from the social world for a week. DANG.

Going to annotate at Causeway Scrabble for 5 days starting from Wednesday, then I have next Monday and Tuesday then I'm off for the week. Drama club rehearsals starting right after that. And then Christams, and school reopens! :( So pretty busy from this week onwards.

As promised, the HARRY POTTER POST. 5 DAYS AGO, WEDNESDAY, went for the eagerly awaited Harry Potter. First show at that, 11.45. Watched it with 14 other people, slightly more than a row. I brought my Gryffindor scarf, which I asked mum to knit for me XD Red and yellow. Gryffindor's Harry, Hermione & Ron's house after all. Teehee.

THE MOVIE. It was awesome, so much better than Half-Blood Prince. Exactly what I imagined, with some editing here and there. I honestly can't wait for the partII, next July. That's 8 long months. And I think I'll cry when it ends. I grew up with it, after all. And well now, pictures!

Well, as the title says, we went for a scrabble competition at Zon. EuniceChoo, Seow, LiChin & I. I got sixth. Kinda bad, i think. Won 50 bucks ahahahaha. Bonus :) I was ranked under all the EC people though. Ughh. 5 Games altogether, and this time it was my turn to phony the other new players. I feel kinda bad now, some haven't even played scrabble before in their lives :/ HAHAHA I PUT ALURING. Wth right. XD Nevertheless, had an awesome time. At least something to cheer about. Sometimes I do wonder if the stats that blogger show are correct. Honestly, I don't think that anyone reads my blog. But honestly, i don't care. I blog to express, not to impress. Last paper tomorrow, and school's gonna ends in a week. This year just flew by so quickly. The thought of being in Form 5 is scary. Another month and I'll be in Beijing skiing. I feel so lost from the society after not being to go online for almost 3 weeks. I feel like a social outcast. Start with the thing I'm most excited about. HARRY POTTER! Two thumbs up to Ch5 for broadcasting all the Harry Potter films again. SUPER AWESOME! I think I'm kinda like Luna Lovegood, only that I can't see Thestrals and certainly wouldn't want to:D I AM SO GONNA WATCH HP ON THE 1ST DAY ITS OUT IN THE CINEMAS. I'm already so excited after watching the trailer. The first show. 18th NOV. Anyone wanna join me and my already-very-many friends? HEHEH. Next, exams. I hope I did ok. Hope to get a B for addm at least. Fingers crossed.

Rosmerta's Recipes - Butterbeer

Butterbeer! It warms you up AND tastes great. Now in take-away form from The Three Broomsticks.

( I WANNA TRY IT OUT!)
Ingredients:

1 cup (8 oz) club soda or cream soda
½ cup (4 oz) butterscotch syrup (ice cream topping)
½ tablespoon butter

Directions:

Step 1: Measure butterscotch and butter into a 2 cup (16 oz) glass. Microwave on high for 1 to 1½ minutes, or until syrup is bubbly and butter is completely incorporated.

Step 2: Stir and cool for 30 seconds, then slowly mix in club soda. Mixture will fizz quite a bit.

Step 3: Serve in two coffee mugs or small glasses; a perfectly warm Hogwarts treat for two!

Thursday. Choo came to my house for a sleepover(: Had fun, camwhored and wii-ed. And then Friday, went baking at my taekwondo coach's bakery in town. The old old traditional bakery which serves awesome buns and my fav banana cake. He let Choo and Me make our own bread! XD Kneaded the dough and stuffed the fillings ourself, and he baked it for us. Was definitely an eye-opener. I honestly didn't know his job was this cool hahaha.

Back! Back from the polluted waters of Kukup. Had a great time w/o Kerry, with the others there. Well, that place is disgusting, really. I wouldn't live there even if you paid me 1 million to do so. The poo and the pee go into the sea, the rubbish just fly out of the window and plonk into the sea, and the food they eat is from the sea itself. EWW to the max. I'm so tired from the trip that I've been sleeping so much for the past two days. And I'm sick now. Sore throat and flu! Walked so much in Kukup that I now have blisters! Then we visited the Mount Pulai. Waterfall otw back. I got bitten by a leech! HAHAHAH. I didn't even realise it. The waterfall was awesome. But the hike up was hard. Enjoyed it beri beri much though.

I wonder, if Gemini's are really just meant to be best friends. Did it mean anything, or was it just pure coincidence? You make me smile, you do. Well, let nature take its course. I really should stop thinking so much (:

Wheehee I'm going to Kukup tomorrow. Finally getting away from these four walls. Well, the itinerary is practically only eating eating and more eating, but seafood is yumyumyum. Going with Taekwondo friend(s), hope it'll be loads of fun(: And I want nice pictures, cause its high time since I got a new display pict. Nature is so pretty, i love being alone. My blog is so dead, so am I. Tomorrow's a holiday, national day. Replacement tuition class though, ugh. Exam results are back, didn't do that bad, but some were sorta disappointing. It has officially become my biggest ambition to go to this place. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Universal Studios @ Orlando. Zomg this place is just amazing. I wouldn't mind taking a 23 hour flight there with my noisest friend WONGLICHIN just to go to this place. Harry Potter omg I'm still fascinated by the whole story and a tiny part of me believes in this fairytale. HAHAHA well, as i've said awesomeness. They have The Three Broomsticks pub, Honeydukes, Mr. Ollivander's Wand Shop, The Owlery & the huge huge castle here. BOOMZ and I'm so gonna buy a broomstick heheh US 300dollars, and it doesn't fly. WHO CAREZZ?

No inspiration to blog lately, but shall blog about my Scrabble experience. Hmm, felt like I could have done better, I was 2nd after all. Getting what I got was a lil too embarassing. PHEWW at last one day of Scrabble is over. Almost dead to the core, and not feeling good at all. Sucked like mad and got phonied ( cheated with invalid words ) so many times and caused me to lose.
